RIDHI MISHRA
President
Ridhi Mishra is currently a senior at Del Norte High School. Outside of school, she likes to volunteer at the local retirement home, tutor younger kids, and spend time with family. Ridhi also loves to hang out with her friends, go to the beach, and watch movies, especially horror ones. She joined SACS hoping that she would get to meet new people who shared her same culture and loved dancing as much as she did. She really admired the fun environment that SACS fostered and as President, she hopes to create a similar environment for others and raise more money for charity than ever before.
MILAN DHOKIA
President
Milan Dhokia is currently a senior at Del Norte High School. He is very passionate about sports and has garnered an appreciation for dance. He joined SACS so that he could immerse himself in South Asian culture and meet others with similar backgrounds and interests. His passion for sports can be seen in his love for soccer and badminton. Milan also enjoys listening to music, specifically grime, and traveling. His goal for this year is to once again help lift SACS to a successful year.
AMAYA ALADROSS
President
As a senior at Poway High school, Amaya Aladross is involved in many clubs including hers schools Peer Counseling and Titan Ambassador Program. She has also been dancing since she was a child and has been practicing a classical Indian dance for more than 10 years. Amaya joined SACS her 1st year of high school and immediately feel in love with the full action into her culture, as she got to dance and meet new kids all around the San Diego county. Amaya’s goal as President for this year is to bring more people to know about SACS and be able to spread its culture and diversity to everyone, so they can enjoy it as much as she has.
BARATH RAJ
Vice President
Barath is currently a junior at Del Norte High school. Barath joined SACS with the vision to increase cultural outreach, raise cultural awareness, and give back to the community. He uses SACS as a platform to be active in his community. Barath loves playing tennis, volunteering, and listening to music. As VP, he wishes SACS can provide everyone a community where they feel welcome and loved.
SANJANA GANTI
Vice President
Sanjana is currently a junior at Scripps Ranch High School. She enjoys playing tennis and guitar in her free time. Sanjana’s passions further include traveling and all styles of art. She joined SACS in excitement to meet new people and make new friends with a similar love for dance and eagerness to help charities. As VP, Sanjana aspires to elevate the communal spirit in SACS and encourage another fun-filled year.
ATHARVA KUDRIMOTI
Vice President
Atharva Kudrimoti is currently a Junior at Del Norte High School. He joined SACS because he had a deep passion for dance and wanted to experience South Asian culture firsthand while also making new friends. In SACS, he has taken the opportunity of choreographing multiple dances and achieved a leadership position as Vice President. Aside from SACS, Atharva also learns Bharatanatyam (Indian Classical Dance) and is a part of UCSD’s Bhangra Team known as Da Real Punjabiz. Along with his co-presidents, Atharva aspires to spread awareness towards South Asian Culture and bring the the club to its full potential.
